Not being able to make a payment
My mother has been trying for months to make a payment via telephone. It states her account is invalid.
I am her daughter and the same happened to me when I put the information in.
We can't get anyone on the phone to talk to and my mother is risking losing her house because she let it go for almost a year without telling me her daughter Tracey Sheriff.
I need someone to call me or my mother and help us, this is crazy we can't talk to anyone and now my mom may lose her house because she is a 78 senior citizen not able to connect with anyone and has had a stroke and memory issues going on.

My name is Shaun Conley, I am a customer. I have been trying to get a Partial Release form from you (Carrington Mortgage) since May 21st, 2024.
I keep calling and no one knows anything, except that the escalation team has notified the special loans department. I need that form to lease my gas rights. Why is it so hard to obtain? Why is it taking a year?
Why can't I talk to someone from special loans? Please respond as soon as possible.

The tax department didnt follow through with refunding me which they shouldve paid attention to what came over their desk. Also, the insurance side did not pay attention to what came over their desk. Im very dissatisfied with Carrington mortgage services.

I have been in contact with your employee,Jonathan employee No. 7545 trying to resolve where our March payment is.
It cleared our bank on 3/5, but it cannot be located, therefore, we were shown as late paying and a mark will be on our credit because of the inability of Carrington to find this payment. I have furnished information to Jonathan that should enable Carrington to find this payment. I am not sure if he will call me back or not, and yes, I have been upset with him ... he is not a very good customer service rep.
Anyway, would someone who could help resolve this issue please contact me.

To inform Carrington of some ikssues I had over the phone
The first phone call I made to inquire about an insurance policy payment.
I spoke to two different representatives. Neither of them could confirm that we had an account with you.
When they did find our names, there was a different address and they couldn't help me.
The second time I called the rep. said she would call me back when she checked on the issue. Never did.
The the third time I called I spoke to a woman Pika. She was able to help me.
Said she would double check and call me back. She did.ll your account numbers with youHave a

Not happy
Happy didnt go through. Now I have to pay through western union for the next 6 months. Inconvenience and cant pay online

This company has very poor service departments aren’t working together to provide better services for customers and the cheap consumer to tack on interest to mortgages causing problems for the custome
They cheat their customers
Sent in a payoff check to cover payoff mortgage but they has done everything possible to drag out the payment adding unnecessary charges making it more difficult to resolve the loan issue although there was sufficient funds to pay off
On top of that customer service shift you from one department to the other so the issue drags on for months without needing to

I paid off the balance of my reverse mortgage on October 2,2023.I received and email confirmation of my payment.i showed proof it cleared my bank on October 3, 2023. I called yesterday to see about my release of lien.Carrington claimed they hadn't been paid. Everyone I talk to has to check with a supervisor but no call back about what they did with my $.

I just got off the phone with customer service. I requested to split my MONTHLY payment into two installments per month.
Was told I couldn't do that. I AM TRYING TO PAY MY LOAN PAYMENT ON A MONTHLY Schedule. Don't tell me there are no options to do this. My wife has been out of work for a year due to a botched surgery.
We need this payment structure to free up cash for basic needs. Please advise what can be done with this situation.

My payment keeps getting reversed by CARRINGTON and they have no record in their system
Spoke to Jamie female supervisor today, rude and unprofessional unwillingness to assist was disappointing.
My credit union doesnt know why this keeps happening either its the same account since July.
I called in last month and was told they had a computer glitch of course the entire staff was not notified.
Just poor customers trying to do the right thing and being hindered.
Please advise

Loss draft department
The loss draft department is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They will not refer consumers to management for escalation of issues.
They give themselves 5-7 business days to respond to emails and phone calls.
They refuse to provide emails or phone numbers to expedite communication. Horrible.
